Join Zaidee for a class centered around the possibilities of changing old bad habits into skills that create freedom and balance. We all hold deeply hidden patterns of tension that creates habits of movement, habits of thinking and habits of relating to others that cause us lots of suffering or just a little itch that something isn’t quite right. When practiced with intention and with deliberate action, Yoga can unlock the tensions in the mind, body and spirit.

Focus = Freedom:

When you develop a keen focus, anything is possible. Break through what is holding you back from enjoying real freedom by developing your awareness, attention and intuition using the system of Yoga as your guide and setting intentions that align you with the life you wish to lead.

Consistency = Success:

If I had a dime for every time someone said “I used to do this as a kid” I’d pretty financially well off right now. That’s what inspired the name Align Again Yoga. What goes along with that name is that life isn’t about being perfectly aligned with everything all the time. It is about realigning yourself over and over and over again and again and again even when you don’t feel like it.

This class is perfect for anyone who wants to change something, overcome and addiction or shift their life into the next gear. It will help you align your body, your mind and your spirit each week through asana, chanting, pranayama and meditation as well as some random fun additions to help keep you feeling playful and surprised.

Alignment Centered Hatha yoga

With a focus on alignment and the development of body awareness, Zaidee leads her students through a variety of yoga poses other modes of corrective movement to help students discover and uncover their most optimal posture and form in the poses themselves as well as off the mat in daily life. This class includes discussion and question/answer regarding how the teachings of yoga relate to life and the asana. Most students in this class have been practicing together for many years, and their added wisdom makes this class unique and fulfilling. Zaidee teaches in such a way that both beginners and experienced practitioners alike will be comfortable and enjoy the experience.
