Remember how much energy you had when you were in your early 20’s? You also might remember that with all that energy you could work long hours and stay up really late and still get up in the morning without big black circles forming under your eyes. Now, if you stay up past 11 the next day is awful. Add a glass of wine to that and you might as well call in sick to work
There are many factors that can contribute to these changes, but the most likely is that your hormonal changes and your lifestyle are at odds.
This 8-week series includes weekly hour (or so) long phone sessions that will teach you the basic premise of Ayurveda, how it relates to your hormones and how to apply it to your daily living. There will be a Facebook group to ask questions and interact with your peers during this 8 weeks. All calls are recorded and can be downloaded and listened to at your convenience. Call in details will be emailed each week. Handouts and great recipes included.
