Self-Care is Health Care: The Yogic Way to Preventing Sickness and Promoting Health
The more aligned you are with your true nature the healthier and happier you are. During this 2-part workshop, Yoga teacher Zaidee Bliss will share practices she uses from the tradition of Yoga and Ayurveda that develop awareness, and healthy habits to improve health and well-being. These practices include a daily routine, asana, pranayama (breath work), chants, and food and other lifestyle choices that relate to your particular needs. All levels of students are welcome.

Zaidee has taught Yoga full time in a variety of settings since 2004. She enjoys making Yoga accessible no matter what a person’s experience in hopes that she will light the spark of transformation in her students that she has experienced in her own life. Zaidee’s classes are for any level of student who is interested in the process of developing themselves through a concentrated focus on how the body, breath, mind and spirit can work together to enhance life. Zaidee’s classes are interactive and her style is a combination of laid back, challenging, fun, and inspiring. She lives with her husband and cats in a little farmhouse in the hills of Upstate New York, where she continues to explore, study, and develop her understanding of what living in alignment is all about.
