Chair Yoga for Stress Management

This 10 week course is specifically designed to improve your stress response and offer techniques that create a feeling of balance and ease. Weekly participation is encouraged to help your body and nervous system learn how to navigate the various pressures of life. Classes will be recorded and offered for 1 week after each class.

Tuesdays 9-10am, January 20th - March 31st. $140 for the series. No drop in available. Register here. Registration closes January 27th.
