Sense Care is Self Care

Ayruveda tells us that taking care of our five senses through cleansing and nourishing methods we become more “sattvic”. Sattva is a state of mind that allows us to feel at ease and able to navigate life with grace. These techniques are simple and nourishing and don’t require a lot of extra “stuff”. Everyone can adjust and fine tune these methods to suit your own unique blueprint.
