When you make a meal with all the 6 tastes (6 tastes according to Ayurveda), or flavors you will feel satisfied and nourished so you won't feel the need to eat too much and snack throughout the day. Join me for an experiential workshop to learn the 6 tastes, and how to apply them to an actual meal. You will get a chance to investigate the different tastes and play with spices. I will provide a basic kitchari dish so you can play with the spices to other additions to get a feel for the many ways you can eat healthy and feel satisfied.
