Chair Yoga for Stress Management

This 12 week course is specifically designed to improve your stress response and offer techniques that create a feeling of balance and ease. Weekly participation is encouraged to help your body and nervous system learn how to navigate the various pressures of life. Classes will be recorded and offered for 1 week after each class.
